Flourishing Routes
6 week Coaching Programme:

Providing routes and tools for people to flourish through one to one coaching in Positive Psychology,  personal development and emotional wellbeing.

So what does this mean:

  • Essential life skills,

  • Self-awareness (knowing how to navigate one’s own emotions),

  • Emotional Intelligence (how to be with others),

  • Self-responsibility (taking ownership of your actions),

  • Holistic self care (Mental, emotional and physical), and,

  • Self-discovery (unlocking your passions, strengths and purpose).

What drives Flourishing Routes:

Holistic: We are whole beings made up of our mental, physical, social, environmental and emotional aspects.

Freedom: I provide young people a safe, supportive,  non-judgemental, and open space to self-discover and take command of their own lives, no matter what may be happening around them.

Education: With the rise in mental health issues amongst our young people I provide education that prevents them suffering from mental health issues. Including:

  • Resilience: Learning to bounce back from life small and big challenges

  • Self awareness: Ability to be in tune with their emotions and how to manage and control what is within them.

  • Strengths: Knowing what they are good at cultivating that which also creates long term commitment and confidence to get out their comfort zone.

Creativity: I weave creativity into my coaching and facilitation as a live and experiential way of learning. This includes: visualisation, imagination, drama, movement, art, sculpting and constellations.

Purpose: Helping people to self discover their values, passions and live a purpose based life contributes to their wellbeing:

Programme outline:

  • Week 1: Teen wheel (An overview of where you are at in life)

  • Week 2: More discovery/what’s going on/study and some Mindfulness

  • Week 3: Blocks (what gets in our way and how to tap into our captain)

  • Week 4:Strengths and Growth Mindset

  • Week 5: Values

  • Week 6: Goals setting and vision board: Letter to future self

One-off Mental Health Coaching

Sometimes we just need to talk to someone and make a plan to move forward.

Our one-off conversation may cover what you need to be OK (looking after yourself), making a plan of action (including who is in your network of support), an empowered support plan, and conversations you may want to have with others.

Coaching Series

Coaching can be most powerful when you there is a series of conversations. This allows the connection and trust to be built. We commit to going on a journey and working together. In these series of conversations the client decides on a clear set of goals they would like to work towards.

Seeds Of Happiness

A  6 week/ sessions online or in person personal development course for a group of Home Educated young people aged 6  - 11, to support better understanding of themselves, their emotions, how to stay well and how to play a role in our world.

And Breath: One Day nature connection retreat for teachers

Let’s go into the Wild Child: A teen and parent/Guardian nature connection day: May 18TH 2024, Stamner Park, Brighton

Offering parents and their teens a day in the woods to get away from life’s daily distractions, off your technological devices and into a wild space for some time to connect with yourself, with each other (you and your teen) and the natural world. And of course to have some fun together! Spending time in nature can reset our nervous system, give us a sense of release and calm and even offer us some awe, wisdom and insight .

What to expect:
* Nature connection practices to be able to drop into the day in a present way
* Some Solo time for yourself to reflect on what you need as a parent of a teen
* Some Solo time for your teen to reflect on what they need as a teen right now
* Some time together learning a new skill, doing nature crafts, cooking on fire…..
* A little walk together to speak and witness each other
* Sitting around a fire as a community
* Leave with a few useful ways and tools to support your connection
