Leading Wild & Well — a nature-based wellbeing programme supporting young people who may be struggling with stress, anxiety, low confidence, or feeling disconnected from school/community and themselves. Through regular time outdoors, the programme creates a safe, low-pressure environment where young people can rest, regulate, connect and rediscover their sense of curiosity, belonging and agency.
